Why should I meditate?

Because you’re going to feel great.  Added benefits include better health, sleep, weight loss, happiness, concentration, stress management and improving your life in general.  Sound good? It is!

What will I sit on?

We make meditation accessible to everyone.  We have floor cushions and benches built around the studio so you can find a comfortable spot.  If you have more specific needs, reach us at chill@enhalems.com

What should I wear?

Something comfortable to sit or lie down in.  Or just come as you are.  We ask you to remove your shoes at the door, ground yourself, and go barefoot.  We also have blankets for use.

What kind of meditation is this?

We conduct thematic meditation classes that are open to all levels. They include Breath, Heart, Awareness, Sound and others.

Do you have Corporate Wellness programs?

Our professional corporate team can tailor a mindfulness and meditation program for your group.  Your employees can come to us, or our teachers can come to you. We offer custom packages with a variety of offerings for your company’s needs. Reach out at chill@enhalems.com

What if I can’t stop thinking?

If we could easily master our thoughts, we wouldn’t need to meditate.  Thinking is natural in meditation.  In fact, the practice is noticing what you’re thinking, being aware of what you’re thinking, and then redirecting that to a single focal point that your coach will guide you to.  Think of it like exercise for your brain.

What if I fall asleep?

Falling asleep during meditation is common.  If you fall asleep and are making disruptive noises, the coach or your neighbor will gently wake you up.

What is your Class Cancellation Policy?

We have a 24 hour class cancellation policy.  Should you cancel your class with less than 24 hours notice, your account will not be re-credited or refunded.

Courses can only be cancelled with more than 7 Days notice.
